Cyanotype workshops for Culturapedia

During the summer of 2023, I was commissioned by Culturapedia to deliver a series of cyanotype printing workshops as part of their project working within the Indoor Markets of Blackburn and Darwin.

The sessions engaged the public in free cyanotype printing workshops, teaching new skills to local people of all ages.

Later in the year, Culturapedia re-commissioned me to run a series of workshops for their ongoing project that engages community centres across the Burnley area. Similarly to the Indoor Market project, I created intensive workshop sessions where participants could learn how to make a cyanotype print, followed by getting experimental with materials and wet cyanotype techniques.

Thanks to the groups that engaged at Burnley Youth Zone, West End Community Centre and The Chai Centre.
